In this month’s issue of Jet features an article with Bishop George Bloomer who is the spiritual son of Eddie Long. The name of the article is entitled, “Will Gays go to Heaven?”
He did not give a clear cut answer instead he beat around the bush. Here are a few points of what Bishop George Bloomer had to say:

that NONE of us really deserves. No matter how you classify yourself, you had better depend on God’s

At the end he says: “I’m not going to tell you gays will go to heaven-I’ll leave that assessment to you.
Is George Bloomer qualified to be the judge and the jury?”
If he says that those who practice homosexuality will burn in hell then he will incriminate his own spiritual father. -Bobby

As a christain I am learning that we must Know God for ourselves and seek God and study ourselves aproved onto God. One thing I Can say is Gods word is truth, when God says it is so it is so ,and if we as christains claim we know the truth then we should be able to tell the truth as it is. No going around the timberlands ,because Gods word is direct and God says it as it is no mmmmmmmm or ar or maybe it is what it is and if the church Leaders are not prepared to be unpopular for the sake of the Gospel which is the truth of Jesus christ! then why are they there ? Real talk am not saying that we should not reach out to those that are involved in these types sin as 1John 1:9-10 says God is faithful and Just to forgive us of our sins. But we can not comprise the word of God period !

Yeah we must stay prayed up and on our guard at all times because we can be decieved just as everyone else if we are not careful because I thought he was ok, until some videos I say of him a few months ago defending Carlton Pearson. Then I knew something was up.
The facts are that the bible says that no unrepentant sinners will inherit the kingdom of GOD to repent is too turn away from sin. So will practing homosexuals go to heaven I belive not we must choose GOD over sin in our lifes.
They are only doing what Carlton Pearson said in his interview ! If he admits that the Word of God says that all unrighteous ( gays ) will not enter into the Kingdom then he stands to lose members , ministry partners etc…. And we all know what that mean = NO MORE MONEY
And he says he knows a lot of gays , so he would also lose family and friends = MAN PLEASER

Well I strongly hold that Jesus Christ is able to save to the uttermost those who sincerely come to recognition of their sin and sinful acts by repenting.The whole truth about the born-again life is that “daily sanctification” or “renewing of the the mind, Romans12:7″ by allowing the Spirit to mirrow our lives to the written word so that we might become more like Christ.I agree with Rhonda with all humility that if they don’t repent they wont inherit God’s kingdom.Infact John highlight sin in this words 1John 3:6
I do think gay people will go to heaven. I also do know the scripture. Some gay people’s only “sin” is being gay but many heterosexuals kill, gossip, eat out of control (morbid obese), stab each other in the back, rape, murder, lie, steal, etc and you mean to tell me that’s ok to get to heaven if you just pray? Who are we to judge? Don’t God judge the heart? and no I’m not homosexual. As I’ve gotten older and traveled the world I find it crazy to say only a certain “folk” wont go to heaven. Religion I’m learning is keeping many people segregated like Jim Crow laws. Im also not saying do what you want but just because you are Christian don’t mean you’re an automatic “in” to heaven either… some of you guys are nasty in the spirit.
I just want to comment ! According to the word of God in the book of John 17 : 3 it says that AND THIS IS LIFE ETERNAL, THAT THEY MIGHT( KNOW )THEE ONLY TRUE GOD JESUS CHRIST,WHOM THOU HAS SENT ! Sorry to say but the truth of the matter is their is a false gospel that people are believing in and accepting calling it the true gospel of Christ ! In fact it is opposite of the true gospel of Christ ! You see to become a christian according to Gods word, not man , you have to know Christ in order to inhered everlasting life ! ETERNAL LIFE IS NOT JUST A PLACE BUT ETERNAL LIFE IS JESUS CHRIST according to John 17:3 ! So gays , murderers , fornicators etc… according to GODS WORD not my or your opinion will not enter the Kingdom ! You see once a man meets Christ his life and sin is given up for Christ ! Jesus through out scripture always told people to forsake there sins ! True repentance is not only saying i am sorry but forsaking the sin as well ! So if God says it is an ABOMINATION for a man to be with a man and woman with a woman then its what God says it is, not mans opinion ! Gays or anyone else that say they are christian that willingly live in sin and rejects the word of God to justify there lifestyle will not enter Heaven ! Matt 7 talks about such people that say they know him and attends church and do all the religious works etc… but JESUS will say depart from me ye worker of iniquity I never knew you ! 1 John talks about those who say they know God but walk in (sin ) darkness ! The word says they know not God and that if you say you have fellowship with God and walk in sin you are a liar ! You see those that really know Jesus turn from a lifestyle of sin ! God is holy so those that follow him must be holy ! So a homosexual lifestyle to God is sin, just like fornicators, thieves, murderers etc… Whenever a person truly meets Christ there WILL BE an instant change in there life ! So if a gay meets Christ and repents they will no longer stay gay ! The problem in America is whatever people hear the preacher say they believe , whether its biblical or not ! It is because the average Pastor know that most people in church don’t study the word of God themselves ! So if they say all you have to do is say a prayer at the alter then you are saved !FALSE GOSPEL !!!!!! We have to stop looking at man for Gods stamp of approval ! Look to Jesus Christ and his word ! Let God be true and every man a liar !!!!

These guys are becoming like clowns. Bloomers, Long, and all the rest of them better be getting themselves together or they will face the judgment. It is sad to say but these false prophets will say anything for money and to be friends with the world! They really sicken me! They will have a lot of blood on their hands by not telling the people the truth.
Hallelujah!!!, I went through a break up with a man that i’ve been with ever since i was a teenager, but before that he would always pressure me to be with him or he would threaten to kill himself. This man left me and a child with special needs to fend for ourselves, i prayed growing up but had no guidance from family or relatives so i was free to do what i wanted, and when you are young what do you really know. Like i mentioned before i always prayed but in actuality i didn’t know God and what he was for and against, after the break-up for the first time in my life a gay woman made a move on me, i was already hurt and disappointed about my situation so without thinking i went in head fist. My life was not the same after that, i realized that things started to go down hill for me, doors weren’t opening for me like before, it seemed like i couldn’t get ahead in life, it was like this for a while. One day i heard someone say if you love what God hates then you are in serious trouble, this was an eye opener for me because i had no knowledge about the homosexuality business and that as much as i was a praying person that this act was wrong in the eyes of God. I decided to get out of the situation so that i can really converse with God and ask for forgiveness and help, because this was not an overnight thing. The person that i was seeing wore the gay pride necklace around her neck most of the time, but with the help of the Lord i was able to keep at a distance while i was on my journey with Christ, one night before going to bed i said Lord, i do not want to do anything that is not pleasing to you, i want to live the good life again and i ask that you get me out of this life style in the Name of Jesus, fell asleep and had this dream, but like it wasn’t a dream it was real, there was a woman not the person that i was seeing but someone else laying on her back and when i looked closer the person had on the gay pride necklace around her neck, it looked like she wanted me to come lay with her but i was not moving from where i was standing it’s alot to get into but i won’t, all i know is that when she was laying on whatever it was and trying to signal for me to come to her, my bedroom window just opened and there were unstoppable wind and gushing that would not stop coming into tyhe room that i was sleeping in while i was having my dream, i sat up looked at the window it was the top of the window wher e all of this was taking place, i am tearing up as i write this, i looked at the window and saw God, it was as if he caused all the wind and stuff to come in and clean up my life, the wind did not stop and God did move away from the window until the female that were laying trying to lure me to her,faded away then i woke up, i said to myself i had the strangest dream last night. The next morning not even thinking about the person that i used to deal with called, you won’t believe what she said. She told me that she had a dream that she and i had a ‘fight’ and she did not like it, now i know why she didn’t like it it’s because she lost the fight, wasn’t that something? I just want to say that God is faithful to perform and i know now that he fights all our battles for us, I can honestly say that I’ve been delivered and set free from the lifestyle, it wasn’t easy , but with God on our side all things are possible. I also would like to say, after my break up with the guy i was with i was weak and lost didn’t have any covering over myself, i thought i knew about life, i knew nothing at that age. but that’s why we have to stay prayed up and cover ourselves and love ones, because the devil tries to attack from birth or when we fell weak. This was a lot of personal info to some people but it happened to me and it was real just like God is, thanks all the same.God Bless!!!
My sister you are a blessing to the Body of Christ. You should write a book or a journal about your life story. Somebody need to hear your testimony so that they can overcome like you did with the help of God and a well made up mind to change for the better. We must pray for those who are practicing a homosexual life style. Yes, these are the last days and the Bible says men and women will become lover of themselves. Women will turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other.Men will not have normal sexual relationship with women. They will burn with lust for each other. We are to love the person, but hate the sin. We must pray. God bless you. Please write your book.
Wow!! my sister this is awesome, I can feel you, being drawn in at your weakest point can happen. Satan has many way’s to make wrong look right, and right look wrong. I won’t waist the readers time, but I’m a forty seven year old male who has struggled with the spirit of Fem. a great portion of my life, but if it wasn’t for my Grandmother who planted the seed of the word in me. I probrably would have led a life of homosexualality, but the Blood of Jesus covers me day by day I still deal with this but God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve or Eve and Eva. I am a married with children and living a healthy heterosexual life by Gods Grace and Mercy. I learned this early in my walk with Christ and this is what helped me, 1Corinthians 6:9-11 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be decieved. Neither fornicator,nor idoltarers,nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, or effeminate, nor theives, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. But this was the clintcher for me vs 11 It says, And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but yu were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

The Bible consistently tells us that homosexual activity is a sin (Genesis 19:1-13; Leviticus 18:22; 20:13; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9). Romans 1:26-27 teaches specifically that homosexuality is a result of denying and disobeying God. When people continue in sin and unbelief, God “gives them over” to even more wicked and depraved sin in order to show them the hopelessness of life apart from God. 1 Corinthians 6:9 proclaims that homosexual “offenders” will not inherit the kingdom of God.
We have to stand and preach God’s word in season and out of season

What I want to know is why some of these black preachers have lost their doggone minds. We spent 300 some years in slavery and now they want to put us back in slavery instead of setting the captives free!

This is how the Lord has revealed this issue to me:
Homosexuality isn’t just a sin, but it is Sin. In other words it isn’t like just committing a multiple of sins, it is being in a place of sin completely…..
why? Because we have all fallen short of God’s glory. But through Christ Jesus we have been granted his grace to fellowship with him once again. What most people just don’t understand is, when you tell yourself that you are gay/lesbian or homosexual, what you tell God is “I have chosen to stay in this place of sin (which ultimately leads to sins) because I don’t believe in the power of Christ Jesus to deliver me from it.” This of course is totally different from accepting Christ and continuously growing in him which in this state of course we still sin….and of course sin is sin, but by continuing in Christ and accepting his correction in out lives through the
Holy spirit, we remove ourselves more and more from relying on our flesh and therefore rely more of Christ Jesus, we then grow stronger in him. This keeps us under his grace because we continue to choose his correction and purification in our lives rather than a lie or illusion, also giving us the chance to grow a stronger relationship with him and because of this we remain justified through his payment for all our sins.
However this can not even begin if we are not first removed from a place of sin (accepting the price Christ made for us) where there is absolutely no power or chose to concur sin. The major difference between the true church of Christ and the world, Is the power of the Holy spirit within us to give us the strength to make that decision to step away from sin. So if you tell yourself that you are gay and believe you can still know God through Christ Jesus (the only way to know God) then you deceive only yourself. Plain and simple. Because by choosing that place of Sin you have rejected the offer and sacrifice of Christ first hand. This is the same of course for any place of Sin or strong-hold that people have decided to choose instead of Christ, but that isn’t the focus of the article so I will not digress. Therefore, to answer the question this silly man should have made clear in the above article;
Gays and any other person who has chosen to believe in the power of Sin rather than the ultimate power of Christ to deliver them WILL go to hell.
The only way out is repentance and reliances on Christ. They still have hope, for our Lord wishes none to perish, but Christ has done his part by showing us the ultimate love of the Father, it is left to them to release what ever pride they hold so dearly and truly seek God. If you call out to him with all your heart. He will hear your cry and he will give you the strength to leave that life style. But you will have to want to leave first, before he can intervene.
My ultimate prayer is that many will just wake up, before it’s too late.

I agree, but i also believe the real issue is faith. Because without it it is impossible to please God, plus, the word also says that, “anything that is not faith is sin”. In order for us to even come to God we must believe that he is God and a rewarder (healer, deliverer, etc.) to those who dilegently seek him. So, the proplem with the homosexual is pride-the opposite of humility. When a person has child like faith they trust God because they have faith in him. Pride is what Lucifer had and it is that same anti-christ spirit that he wants to reflect in a sodomite. It is the ultmate form of rebellion and witchcraft, because the word says that, “rebellion is as the sin of whichcraft.
We know God created us as male and female-not he/she’s, so rebellion is when you against and pervert the original blue print. Satan has used the homosexual community to manipulate our nation and churches, and he is clearly using all these pulpit pimps and players who no doubt must struggle with it as well. Any man that defends homosexuality is “SUSPECT”. And when Bishops are not clear on what they believe they are already telling you what they believe by not saying anything (thats just common sense). If Lucifer was kicked out of heaven for being lifted in his pride, then God is not receiving prideful folks into heaven. Plus, they are so bold they go as far as to calling it “GAY PRIDE”. George, Eddie, and the rest of the “ky jelly clan” need to do like that old church song says and…..”Come out of that corner because you can’t hide”! LOL!

It’s amazing to me how the ‘church’ can be so hypocritical!!! We can talk about sin but the sins that we commit on the daily, we try to keep hidden. We can preach about hell and heaven, but the ‘church’ is on their way there for not exposing sin and telling about their own pitfalls so that others can be delivered. We can deal with people by putting them out of our assemblies or having a preacher who cheats on his wife to try to ‘pray the homosexuality’ demon out. The church has been turned into a place of business, but it fails to minister to the soul of those wounded and hurting. Instead they get the ‘good book’ and hit others across the head with it, then turn around and walk into a ‘dark room’ and rape little kids! If you, the founder of this ‘ministry’ and the Church are going to do anything, expose yourself, repent, then try and teach somebody something. You’re adding to the problem, not fixing it. Just because you have a different ‘tune’ (internet) that you tune up to doesn’t mean that God sees you any better than a homosexual.
BTW, for the person who said that homosexuality is to live IN sin… That actually wasn’t a revelation you received. ANY sin that you consistently do is living IN sin. A pastor consistently having sex with the secretary is living IN sin. A man lying to his wife and kids consistently is living IN sin. Lying IS SIN…and God says he hates lying on the same level that He hates homosexuality. Be fa real. There are homosexuals who can turn the bible inside out and not be moved by your retoric. Well if you think this is something, Jamal Harrison Bryant was one of the speakers at Bishop Bloomer’s conference last year, and you know how they show clippings of the conference to get you to order the cd’s or dvd’s, well Jamal was in this one clip telling the people that they might of gotten up from fornicating the night before but they were still anointed, they might be still cursing or cussing, but they are still anointed, they might be drinking alcohol, but they are still anointed. Now we all know that is a lie from hell, you cannot maintain the anointing on your life and willfully sin, but I was looking for Bloomer to correct this, because he spoke words that would cause people to go away from that conference with a mindset that they can be entangled with sin and still be anointed, which is deception. No correction came, so I was leary of Bloomer every since, plus he calls himself prophesying things that do not come to pass, so this does not surprise me and it speaks volumes about the man. This is not hard to find out, any time a leader cannot speak out or afraid to speak out he is tied up in the system or he is on someone’s pay roll and fears retribution.
Just by the company he keeps would tell you beware.
Wow, George Bloomer is leaving it up to me to determine? His boy TD says”I leave that up to God”?. So why aren’t these so-called Bishops saying “I leave it up to the scriptures”. Bloomer is a hustle from my area in NC, and this guy is a showcase preacher. Let’s just say, “He know how to take up an offering”. LOL!
Following the lead of Eddie long, and TD Jakes, when confronted by the world on what the Bible says, George Bloomer decides to deflect from what the Word of God proclaims, and thus protect his image and money making ability. The church skits of Bloomer dressed like a Pimp and a drug dealer, tell the whole story about Bloomer.
Is it love to know what the Scriptures say about Homosexuality and then misled people b/c your personal connection to sinners. the bridge is out ahead, so Bloomer decides to not tell his family b/c he wants to them to love him. Selfish perhaps? Your desire for love and affirmation from men has rendered you useless to the Kingdom of God.
I was speaking to someone who is gay, and they told me, sin is sin, in God’s eyes, but I said, to them, yes, but, when you sin you can always repent and turn away, when you say, I”m Gay, and I don’t even think about repenting for it, then you are a believing a delusion. I keep going back to what brother Craige said, this will be the year, when the world will make Christians choose a side.
I took a stand today when I walked out of a company meeting where a sodomite was laughing at sexually explicit jokes with my boss and my boss’ boss and the rest of my group…this is against company policy and very wicked… and I did not excuse myself…and I will do it every time I hear it until they can shut up. I also was openly rebuked by a co-worker about the Scripture I put on my instant messaging system…not coincidentally after the meeting was over…the boss and the boss’ boss have no problem with it but she did…I told her she’d have to build a bridge and get over it: If you can uplift the devil I can uplift JESUS…when you quit chasing perversion come and talk to me…Finally I have gotten tired of the filth…I feel like Queen Esther when I say now: If I perish, I perish….I will do it unashamed of the Gospel of CHRIST.
I’m so sick and tired of these professed Bishops, Preachers, Teachers and so on making excuses for their family members. Bloomer can’t fathom his brother going to hell, but if he didn’t repent, that’s exactly where he went! And…………He (Bloomer) is on his way as well. (If he doesn’t repent) Most of them will try to stand up for Homo’s because they have them in their families, or they’re one themselves! Heck, I have a brother that is an agnostic! If he doesn’t repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, he’s on his way to hell, period! Do I want him to lose his soul? NO! But I won’t put him in heaven (after his demise) when the Word saids otherwise. Another thing, people of God………let’s stop being afraid to expose those who are contrary to the Word. The scripture saids: Those that sin, rebuke before all, that others also may fear. “Touch not mind anointed and do my prophets no harm” is totally taken out of context. Plus, these folks aren’t anointed, and they’re definately not Prophets of God. Get real saints, and stop being a bunch of pansies when it comes to openly rebuking these devils!
What amazes me is how people shy away from the Truth when they have a relative that is in the sin. But Christ Jesus told us that if we love them more than we love Him, we are not worthy of Him. I love my family, so I’m not going to hate them by making them comfortable with their sin knowing it will lead them to an Eternity without the Lord. Real love disciplines – it is a farce to say you love someone and not tell them the Truth. I’d rather “judge” my son in the discomfort of the Truth than to make him feel okay in his sin knowing he will have to face the All Mighty God one day.
Bloomer’s heart should have been broken because his family members rejected God, not because they left the church. His heart should have been broken because of the sin, and should have been broken enough that he wouldn’t want anyone to feel comfortable on a road to Hell. You cannot change the Truth of God’s Word by comforting sin. They will still go to Hell when they die if they don’t repent.
If you’re not going to tell me the truth, please don’t talk to me at all.

Just wanted to clear something up….my son is in no way homosexual (he would kill me if he thought I left that out there in anyone’s mind) – I just used him as an example regarding all sin of any type. A perfect example is how I constantly told him that the music he was listening to was of the devil and that he needed to get rid of it. I held firm and never gave in and I prayed and prayed and prayed. Then one day, when I first got hold of G. Craige’s 1st video, I couldn’t wait to show it to him and every time one of his friends came by (when he was still living at home), I sprung it on em’ (he woudl roll his eyes and say, “here she goes again”). What’s ironic is that it was one of his friends that had a bootleg copy of the first one and told me that I would love it. Of course, I did!!! I had been telling my son this stuff for years. What was the results…..
Not only has he given up secular music as a whole, he is now sharing the Truth Behind Hip-Hop videos, other christian documentary videos (on Masonry, Yoga, New Age stuff, etc.,) that he borrows from me, and just plain old sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with friends, neighbors, family members…..whoever will listen. He’s lost some friends, and he’s gained some – but he’s on fire for God and there’s no stopping him.
He has become a totally different young man. He’s not perfect and I don’t excuse anything that is out of order in his life – I TELL HIM THE TRUTH. But guess what, telling him the Truth has set him free. How free could Bloomer’s family member be if he told them the Truth?
This is the perfect example of why Bloomer and the like should be ashamed and held accountable for their heresies. Again, love them enough to tell them the Truth.

well nothing he says or does is shocking, he is in cahoots with paula white. that should be enough right there, then he has that play where i think he is dressed like the devil scaring ppl in their beds, but it had no point to it, but worst of all there was a clearly demon possessed lady at his church or wherever he was, and instead of casting it out, he kept holding a conversation with the congregation, and playing around, and never to the end of what i saw did he ever cast it out.
Even if he wanted to he couldn’t. He is in too much sin. And he clearly lacks power to do so.
The question is “Is George Bloomer qualified to be the judge and the jury?” No, he’s not even qualified to preach the gospel. Anyone who will not tell the truth is not qualified.

Bloomer, Gods word is JUDGEMENTAL concerning all sin. Even homosexuality. But as always we keep teaching and preaching whats popular, what the people want to here. Not once in the interview did Bloomer mention what God said, he said, “I’ll leave that assessment to you.”

Paul is warned Timothy that there will come a time when people are going to distort the truth in a way to make it fit into their personal wishes. (Bloomer and Hundreds of Tel-lie-vangelist) In fact, this was already beginning to happen NOW church leaders were twisting the truth for their own selfish desires.

Tetaun, can you please email Mr. Bloomer these scriptures because he doesn’t seem to know they exist. Why can’t these so called bishops, preachers and pastors just say what the Word says regarding homosexuality? Why do they keep interjecting their own philosophy into the matter? Wait….Oh I know why, because they have the same mindset that the world has.

Tetaun, I strong agree with your reply. Often times as believers we put ourselves in a position where WE try to answer questions like this or give our OWN opinion. That is not the issue! The issue is what does the Word of God say? We are transformed by the renewing of our mind. Our mind is renewed by the sanctifying power of the Father, the blood of his Son, his Spirit and the Word. When we put ourselves in a position when our opinion means something greater than any of these, we give the enemy (the world, and The god of this world) opportunity to blaspheme God and dismiss the body of Christ as a whole because we become contradictory. God is not the author of confusion.
We are to come into agreement with the Lord’s way (Amos 3:3); we are to believe it and speak from this position what when asked questions of this nature. It should never be an issue of what we think, it should be an issue of what God said and has expressed in his word. There are no new books of the bible nor greater revelations than what the word of God has already said. As harsh and rigid as some may think God’s way is, it is just evidence that his work is nowhere near complete in us. We are to look, think and speak like him (2 Cor. 3:18) as we grow in him. If anyone would have an issue with what we say about things like this, there issue ultimately becomes and issue with the Word of God (John 15:18-20). Thanks brother. Scripture and verse, the word of God is the final authority. My prayer is that we all recognize this.
This should not shock anyone of us, our so called leaders are themselves lost. We are told by the Lord to occupy until he comes, we are ambassadors for Christ, a royal priesthood, a holy people and yet we continue to shuck and jive when it comes to taking a stand. I for one am taking a stand anyone who practices any sin will not go to be with the Lord for all eternity. the fruit we bear here shows the true nature of our being – saint or sinner, there are only two possibilities. Bloomer is among a large gathering of false teacher, weak preachers who are bringing reproach to the body and our Lord. The Church believed a lie and has defended that lie every since, there is an awful cancer spreading in these last evil days which began as a lack of accountability. Gay, homosexuals, lesbians, metrosexuals, bisexuals and any other 21st century name they can come up with will go to hell if they fail to repent and accept the free gift of Jesus oh, they are not the only ones let’s include some of the others: liars, cheats, thieves, fornicators, whore-mongers, gossipers, gluttons, and so many other sins that can not be named now, however you get the picture. Jesus died for all, he rose for all, he’s coming back for some! Pray saints pray! Also take a stand, if you see, hear or are participating in any sin confront it, confess it, rebuke it!
