1. a plane costs $250,000 a year to get taken apart and put together for inspection.
2. jet fuel is no less than $7000.00 one way! and that’s domestic.
3. To store a plane in a hanger when not in use is roughly $5000 a month
Do we need the message of a person bad enough to invest this kind of cash in getting them to our meetings? Why can’t God just tell it to someone else and they deliver the message? Come on folks! Enough is enough.

In April 2010, EIWM took possession of a Dassault Falcon 900 B. It is named The Weapon of Prosperity II (The Citation III that EIWM currently own is called The Weapon of Prosperity I). This aircraft is a weapon to destroy poverty in the Body of Christ by allowing my team and I to take this message of prosperity to the four corners of the earth.
There are so many people around the earth that know Jesus died for their sins (2 Corinthians 5:17), but don’t know that Jesus also died for their prosperity (2 Corinthians 8:9). God has given me a mandate to take this unique and rare anointing around the world to break the bondage of poverty. I’m also a pastor of a local church. The Weapon of Prosperity II allows me to do both assignments with efficiency and with the greatest amount of affect.
On my way to see this aircraft, the Lord spoke to me and this is what He said:
God: “This plane will be a DIVINE MARK in your ministry! You have been patient, so now your time has come!“
Me: “God, I’ll go anywhere you want me to go!”
God: “REALIZE THIS: I am sending you to the nations with a special Word from me. Get Ready! Big doors are about to open supernaturally. All that you have preached is about to begin to start manifesting. You’ve been faithful over your small jets. Now I am about to give you a bigger one. So receive it as a “Gift With A Mission! GET READY TO RECEIVE!
Immediately, I knew that plane was now apart of the Kingdom of God.
God told me what amount to put down on the loan. I had more than that but I have learned to obey God. So I put that amount down along with the debt free Weapon of Prosperity I (The Citation III that EIWM currently owns).
I didn’t know why God didn’t want me to put more money down on the aircraft until spending time with Him in prayer about it. Now I know why God wanted me to put down a certain amount. With the economy in the condition that it’s in, those that know the laws of sowing and reaping are looking for good soil to plant seed. The mission of the Weapon of Prosperity II makes taking part in this debt cancellation a good place to sow seed.
Matthew 13:8
But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
There was a balance of $8.5 million dollars on the loan. If 8500 people give $1000, that would pay the loan off. There are 8058 spots (This number will change daily!) left to get in on this opportunity to sow into the debt cancellation of the Weapon of Prosperity II. 442 people have already committed to this project. As soon as you point your focus on what God wants, He begins to point His focus on what you want. There will be wonderfully strange ways God begins to put seed into your hands. I’m excited to begin hearing about these adventures in faith. As I said earlier, I want to use this giving opportunity to train you how to receive. I’ll send you a confession that I want you to say at least 3x’s daily. This will cause your thoughts to be right and eliminate every thought that doesn’t agree with your increase. You will begin to see increase immediately because God will begin to send the money your way to fulfill your commitments and cause you to increase!

I can’t understand why God would endorse debt if the annointing that the man is carrying is to remove debt? Would God remain consistent in his intent for the annointing? If God is sending a man around to help people get out of debt than why would God directly lead a man whose supposed to help people out of debt, into debt by purchasing the aircraft ? It kind of undermines the whole endeavour.

Wow, very shady, it reads like a smooth sales pitch or a well scripted infomercial. I worked sales many years ago and these tactics are very familiar, like the one used to make something sound more affordable by distracting you with low monthly installments instead of the total price. I couldn’t believe that so I had to reread that part, he said “heres the wonderful news you can give it all at once or pledge it, and you can spread the payments out over 24 months thats 2 whole YEARS!!!” Notice how he also breaks down the payments if you’d perhaps like to give more, unbelievable!
Another trick he used is making people feel they NEED this to solve one of lifes hardest problems by claiming God told him to make a smaller downpayment. This allows YOU the opportunity in this bad economy to sow into good ground being his jet and reap a harvest.
Again that was just a sneaky, manipulative sales pitch, sorry that people are falling for it.

And they shall shall mount up with wings in their congregation-subsidized Citation 10′s, or Dassault Falcons. And your children will wonder why their college funds are about a third of what they would otherwise be, because you’ve been bamboozled by a smart, calculating individual who seduced you into thinking that God will bless you more for giving money you couldn’t afford to give in the first place. Run the numbers – has it happened? No? You’re kidding… And because you are probably embarrassed at the realization of what it is you’ve allowed someone to do to you and your family, you will defend your decision to have given tens of thousands of dollars over your adult life to this charlatan, just because he said that God told him to get the jet(s) mercedes(s), boat, condo in Florida, private school for their kids (and that’s only what you know of because the IRS doesn’t require them to disclose internal financial data to you or anyone else who might have questions). But he must be telling the truth: “BECAUSE GOD SPEAKS TO HIM ABOUT GETTING JETS, AND THAT YOU WILL BE FOOTING THE BILL.”
When are you going to snap out of this trance you’re in, whereby you allow people you don’t really know to order you around and cause damage to your life simply because they claim they were sent from God to do whatever. Take back your life. Take back your self-governance. You are the captain of your ship in this life. Until you come to grips with that concept, you’re going to be led around like dumb sheep with no idea what’s going on, but all the while having that nagging feeling in your mind that something’s not right, that it doesn’t all add up, despite what the man in the $2,000 suit is saying.
I walked away from church, from modern Evangelical Christianity over 9 years ago, and it was the best decision I have ever made. I didn’t get zapped by lightning. I didn’t lose my soul. I got my finances back on track, waved goodbye to hypocritical, annoying church members that thought they had a right to comment on what lifestyle choices I made that they didn’t like. No more quasi-intellectual rhetoric from the pulpit that was tantamount to personal opinion rather than scripture, nor more impossible idealistic lifestyle to try to achieve and miss on a weekly basis. All gone. And get this – I have more peace in my life AFTER Christianity than I ever did during. Getting Sundays and Wednesdays back was awesome! I don’t need God to love people, to live morally, to give to the poor, to have fun, to grow personally – I can do that by myself. I can enjoy being spiritual in a number of different ways- things that put me in tune with what is spiritual to me – music, nature, smoking my pipe… Have the guts to think for yourself and question whether the oldest religious franchise in the world is right for you or not… The answer may surprise you.

You can break away from the institution and still love, know, and worship God. I broke away too, from a harmful manipulative institution that claimed to know Christ; only then did I find a true relationship with Christ. Just because you may be capable of doing good works on your own does not signify that you are better off with out knowing God. Knowing him, as the legalistic institutionnshould have taught you, is not based on good works anyway. You’re actually still in bondage, my friend. You’ve traded in one master for another wrong master: the church for yourself! The ‘peace’ you think you have comes from feeling in control o your life; it’s just as deceptive as being told that you’ll get a 100 fold return on your financial “seed”. You are not the
Captain of your ship. Unfortunately it sounds like you never really knew God. Here is your opportunity to truly know Him without a lot of deceptive garbage distracting you from who He truly is. He is not who they made Him out to be. The Bible says to taste and see that the Lord is good! He is not pleased with how we’ve been misled but He can’t show you who He truly is if you turn your back on Him. He is NOT the institution that hurt you.

I think my pastor today said Dr Leroy was his spiritual father and then he mentioned praying for some of our leaders who went to a kenneth copeland conference. I have just fought with two of my friends for the past two years about these guys. Finally Ive come to the conclusion that they are false. Im afraid I have to leave my church, Ive been attending for the past two years. This makes me sad.

Hi Tammy..praying that God will help you through this. He did not open your eyes for no reason so try to see it as a blessing. You were willing to see the truth so it’s been shown to you. We left another church associated with Dr. Thompson last year after 9 years and about $60,000. it was heartbreaking to realize we were being manipulated, controlled, and used. I lost a lot of relationships mainly because people think you’re cursed if you leave your ‘spiritual covering’. This is another manipulative scare tactic to keep sheep dumbed down and docile. Nowhere in NT Scripture does it say we are spiritually covered by any man. Only Jesus is our covering and redeemer. I belong to Him inside Church walls or inside living room walls. Leroy Thompson said last night (9/1/2011) that he had to cut ties with Creflo Dollar because God had called him to preach this Gospel of Prosperity. He had to let go of those ministers that were holding him back. Disturbed me greatly! I listen to Creflo a lot and know that he has backed off tremendously on the prosperity message and has repented. Creflos mission is to train up the body of Christ to live right. Loving Creflo much more these days.

Dr.Leroy Thompson SR. preaches “Money Cometh!” I attended his church for years and left do to I moved. Dr. Leroy Thompson is a great man of God. I have seen with my own two eyes people who have been prosperous through his church. The man does not demand his congregation to pay. When I attended his church offer my full 10% financially was impossible. He was totally aware of this and never came to me with an issue on it. People have to open their eyes and see that he is a man made of flesh and blood. But the WORD and MESSAGE he brings has saved many of people. If you do not agree with what he says or preaches you have the right to not listen to him. I ask you heed my words do not judge the man. “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.” Matthew 7 1-2

Im pretty much new to this website and realize how late I am for posting. But I, having the unfortunate opportunity of visiting his church for a small period of time with some friends, can truly say that leroy is demanding. I didnt know that this jet project has been going on this long until I came on this site and saw the letter.one sunday during service he told his members with a demanding voice: “Yall need to pay on that jet!” And, of course they do. I was blown away because I didnt understand his need for a jet (plus the two that he already has) when he could get a plane ticket like everyone else. Also, they are paying on the additions for the building (unnecessarily) and giving him money while he already has millions. Also, while everyone else is worshipping God, he and his three sons have the audacity to to sit there on stage and look as if they are too important to give God praise. It really upset me because throughout the time I visited, he never preach on soulwinning and those sermons are sooo watered down. The atmosphere is very carnal (showoff-ish), and after one of his sons sang “Dontchange” in celebration of leroy and his wife’s 40th wedding anniversary while in service (on 5/29/2011), I was done! And, yes, the congregation was singing alone. And, yes, that was my lasttime attending that church. I never knew of dr. thompson before, but God has certainly opened my eyes about him and even the ones I was visiting the church with. Im still adjusting to moving back in the area and its very hard to find a Truth-teaching Holy Ghost filled church, but thank God for his faithfulness! May God bless Bro G. Craige Lewis and other workers in this ministry for revealing truth and confirming what God has been showing me about this church and other things. And the hunt continues…

People misunderstand Mathew 7 all the time. It is a critical mistake, for Scripture clearly exhorts Christians to evaluate carefully between good and bad people. 1 John 4:1, “Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” Jesus says that by their fruits you will know them. I have listened to Dr. Leroy and what he teaches is a false gospel. God never promised us wealth, health and a good life here on earth. He said that we will have many tribulations.God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him in the midst of loss, not prosperity!

I was flipping through the channels the other night and stopped on this crook. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw people in the congregation coming up to him while he was speaking and placing money in his hand! What is this? I didn’t see it from the beginning and I don’t know if this is normal procedure but it was ridiculous! to me! He really is all about the money. Every one of his books, cd’s, DVD’s is about money. They showed him driving up to his huge house in hishuge Mercedes; going to the airport in said Mercedes to the jet we are probably talking about on this site. SMH.

“Wow,” is all I can say. This is a sad and blatant misrepresentation of Christ and God’s Word. It’s hard to believe that people actually fall for things like this. But when all you’re worried about is money and the things of this world, when the wolves lure you in with their false claims of prosperity through aiding their NON-ministries, the gullible and uneducated in the Word will fall for it everytime. The best and only way to combat this is for the individual to study the Word for themselves and not rely solely on the “word” of the “prophet/priest/pastor/etc.” Because if that “word,” in any way, doesn’t line up to God’s Word (the Bible) 100%, then it is not from God. Show me in the Bible where it says “money cometh to me now.” You add a “-th” to “come” and people think it’s from the Bible. Wow.

I know it’s sad seeing as how there will be people who fall for this. However, I had to laugh. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever read. That conversation with God was unbelievavble but that payment plan was the icing on the cake. If you want people to pay off your loan just say so. You may not get much help, but you shouldn’t have bought a jet you can’t pay for in the first place. Just fly coach like the rest of us.

I started laughing fairly close to the top and when I got to that convo with the ungodly spirit he was talking to, I almost hurt myself laughing!!!! Did he seriously just say that? Then that payment plan is priceless. If I made enough money to donate $20,000 in 2 years, it would be to that overworked parent who is trying desperately to make ends meet to feed her children or to an orphanage or to feeding the homeless, I would certainly not give it to pay off a jet that someone purchased just because they wanted one bigger than they already had. He actually used the scripture about being faithful over little to describe why he got a bigger jet!!! That was priceless!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL That chart was too hilarious!!! There are times when we can miss it, so always listen for insntructions on where to give, and I would just like to say that if one knows the word and their heart is right, you should be able to ask the Lord for what ever it is you need, and recieve it. And by God’s own word He is obgligated to bring it to past, now, where and how is where people can miss it.

And when they give up there rent to them and need that same ministry to help them pay, they will tell them there is something wrong with their faith and they need to believe more. We know people that are still under this type of fake gospel and they are scared to leave because they are convinced they will miss their blessing if they walk away!

People of God: If Leroy Thompson has such favor with God, why does he not use he own
battle cry of Money Cometh! and the funds will flow to him? He does! He uses suckers in the Body of Christ to fund him since they want wealth and riches, he is their Pied Piper and they are willing to dance to his tune thinking that God is obligated to bless them.

The day you start thinking God is obligated to bless you, you have made yourself God and

Quit falling for the carnality of wanting to get rich and believing the outlandish lies and myths and tales of these false prophets and teachers. Their aim is to slither into your bank account and leave you penniless. They do not care about your soul or your spiritual health. Their bottom line is: money, money and more money.
Why can not you see that? It is because you have a similar heart as they do….for covetousness rules in it. That is why you have those itching ears to hear those flim flam messages.
Note: the scripture about giving and men giving back into your bosom is NOT even about finances but, if you read the scripture in context, it is about sowing and receiving righteousness from others…Not money!

My wife and I found out about this man’s foolishness 5 or 6 years ago when he came to Living Word Christian Center in Chicago/Forest Park, iL. Dr. Bill Winston had him come in there along with Kenneth Copeland, TD Jakes and Creflo. We left the ministry shortly after that because the “Money would just not Cometh”. Praise God for Pastor Lewis! He has been our pastor ever since, even before we relocated to Dallas.

YOU are responsible for your financial situation, especially if YOU are living above your means. It’s not even logical to think that God is going to bless you with a financial increase if YOU can’t even handle the little you have. If your young and don’t want to financially struggle your whole life then stay in school to get a better paying job and practice responsible habits with your finances. If your old or already missed the shot at a better paying job then look at what you have and get rid of the luxuries. if you want something that may cost alot SAVE! as your saving you might realize you didnt need that thing in the first place.

It used to blow my mind in my old church< we had the most carnal youth group ever…I remember I was slated to teach a Witnessing class and they canceled it for (christian teen kick it night) yep! so then when I graduated highschool I, like so may other teens around the world went to college…out of the youth group..Me and my sisters were's the only ones…yet THEY ALL had huge plans, plans of stardom , fame, producing, writing…None had a plan to ocucpy till he comes ( go to school, live right , get a job)…Now ten yrs later they are all in awe @ the life we lead…Not a rich life, but enough money for bills, food, necessities. The LORD took care fo us because we prayed for wisdome of how to be GOOD STEWARDS!!! WHERE in the scripture are we to use withcraft ( money come, thinking righ positive thoughts…sewing 1 hundred dollars expecting a milion) to get riches…PRAY the lord to give you witty inventions ( which proabably will come through an education or ambition)…Pray not to be thousands of dollars in consumer debt!! I don't have a new car, i bought it used and when it's paid off, and still running great, I will drive the wheels off it. Why pay off a debt to get more debt, to FLOSS?!?!?!..Leasing cars, buying homes we can't afford, taking trips you can't afford, and then putting ungodly leaders in leadership in hopes they'll have a solution ( obama, and this man included).C'mon saints…1+1=2.it's really that simple!

you left your kids??? ha ha. good to know its not just me. when you leave churches because the prob is with leadership ppl say youre church hopping, and no church is perfect, and the prob is you. but its not that, some of us really want to be fed the word of God, and i know there are no perfect churches, but when it comes to the pastor and other leadership, you should at least be working toward it. i could care less what congregation does, but i will not sit under a pastor who is not right, if he is right, the mess in the church is gonna be minimized. i dont get into religion either, but i have been thru same thing your goin thru, the last church i left is cogic, and they seemed to be ok, but was wrong, one visiting preacher would come in and speak the truth (which is why i joined), next week some prophet somebody came in there with his buddies, wearing fur coats, looking like a pentacostal pimps and prophelying, talking crazy,then, some lady comes in and says bible 99.9% accurate, ??? marks still circling my head about that one. they also lifted up COGIC more than Jesus, and knocked other ones by comments like, sit down, this aint no baptist church. then they went as far as to say they didnt want women in the church wearing pants, they had to be talking about me, cause i was the only one who wore them, everyone else came in dressed like a pilgrim and if they had to wear pants, they put on a dress over them, there was also some manipulation/witchcraft goin on there, you were expected to do at least one run around church, (they called it victory lane) hollering and bucking your head, if you did not, someone would grab your hand and try and force you to get up and do it, ppl in wheelchairs were not exempt, if you could not run, you were rolled. some days he didnt preach, ppl just ran around the church the entire service. they really believed that was praising God, they were boastful, if they put money in for another pastor who was not there, they would say im putting 100.00 in for pastor so and so. and i could go on, but the end came for me when they had an appreciation for the pastors wife, 4 hours long, they gave money, during church in morning, then to sunday school, then to her for anniversary, then to a visiting pastor, by time visiting pastor came up, ppl were broke and tired, he yelled I DIDNT SAY IF YOU HAVE ANY MONEY, I SAID GET UP AND WALK AROUND THE CHURCH, YOU WILL FIND YOUR WAY TO APPLEBEES TONIGHT (i believe he was referring to me), SO I DONT WANT NO LIP, AS THE MAND OF GAWD, SOMETHIN, SOMETHIN, SOMETHIN, he made some lady cry, because she didnt have it, and he was yelling that mess at her, i was done, im not that weak, i wont cry, and i didnt give a dime, alls i had were my tithes, which after that episode, i didnt even give those. i just wont go back, and would in a respectful way, tell him exactly why if i ever run into them and im questioned about it

I am so glad I have learned about and still learning about people such as “watchmann Nee” “Richard Wumberland”, and currently “Arthur Blessitt” among others past and present day. Pastors who do not have the big name, the big jets, etcetera, but who are serving in persecuted countries, risking their lives, losing their families, being thrown in prison camps and eduring tortue for the purpose of “re education”, all for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. These ministers of the Gospel are so courageous. I just don’t get it, why would the Preachers in America continue with this? I must admit however, I was caught up in the prosperity Gospel message too, but, especially with the help of this website, and teachings, It began opening my eyes to the abuse which occurs from it.The “prosperity gospel”, when it is manipulated, perpetuates results that are counter productive to the body of christ, such as selfishness and discontentment. It just uses biblical messages in order to hide behind the same telemarketing type schemes the world presently uses.

exactly, just like world harvest in columbus. roddy rod always on tbn wantin money, and during that dominion camp meeting, forcing us to leave an hour early to go down the street to walmart because he got the traffic backed up with ppl waiting to give him their last dime, but they do not have any assistance program or anything there to help even their very own church members in need (i.e. i am not, never was, and will never be a member) and to join have to show paystub or w2. and another one here, that got an atm in church, but atm doesnt giveth, it only taketh away, another one tellin us, we should give the bishop of the church money to buy a bentley, but not one of them will help ppl in need, they dont even have church vans to bring ppl to their church, and they probably dont even have a food pantry, not sure about that, but highly doubt it, if theres no help for ppl, why have a pantry. and i say the same thing, a need is water, oxygen, clothing (and not saint johns) not a jet.

You are so right!!! The church is so out of balance!! The sheep are to be takent care of first before the shepard asks for anything!! Churches like these have lost the heart of God-to take care of the poor, the homeless, the orphan, the jobless, etc. All they are worried about is fattening their purses off the people. During the early church, all sold their possessions so there would no need among the saints. But that aint happening now!! There is a local church in my area the same way- you don’t get help either. The body of Christ needs to wake up!! If Lerory Thompson needs to fly, let him fly domestic just like the rest of us!! He exalts himself so much until it is sickening!!! If Jesus had to test Leroy’s faith, he would do just like the rich young ruler!!!

I’m w/ all of you about the church being out of balance. I have been attending (never joined) a (COGIC)church for the past year, that’s one reason I hadn’t joined because I’m not into all that religion & tradition and man made rules & regulations but the Pastor was bringing forth the WORD, so I could work with it. Coming up they’re celebrating the Pastor and his wife’s anniversary for three days (10/7,10/9, 10/10) for the life of me I cannot understand why they have to celebrate someone’s marriage for three days, it’s other people in the church that have been married longer than they have. Then the LORD spoke to me and said it’s about the $$$.
A couple of months ago one of the “missionaries” came up to me (w/ the mic) and asked me why hadn’t I joined because I was there every Sun. My reply was, “The Lord has not told me to join”-and HE hadn’t. I had seen some things there that weren’t right so to speak but oh, well. That next Sun. they had a visitor speaker for woman’s day, Thelma Butts, from Ohio. She said that it was someone in the service who could recognize fakes in the that church and those that were wearing masks, she said these things as she was standing by me. That Wed. & Thurs. the Pastor’s daughter put on “her” first youth agape conference and had two speakers, one from Chi the other from TX, both COGIC. the one from TX basically said the same thing Missionary Butts said while also standing right beside me. The next month they had another visitor from ND (we’re in MN and I had been telling my kids they know that have a lot of different people speaking over the church). Any who this lady that spoke, was also operating in the gift of prophecy. She said to me GOD has placed a love and obedience for HIM inside of you that makes others jealous of you and you all also need to stop talking about & backbiting her (me) to make a long story short. Since that time I have been under serious attacks (from many) at the church.
For foot washing the Pastor’s wife took my towel put it in a seperate garbage bag and took the water and left out the sactuary, the Holy Ghost said right then and there HE was not pleased with the witchcraft she was attempting to work. They had another speaker come two days later that said, “GOD said HE is not pleased w/ the witchcraft that is attempting to be worked in this church, HE said HE doesn’t care who you are or who you are kind to”. Two Sunday’s ago, the “first lady’s” (as they call her) took it upon herself to come from the second bench where she was sitting to the very last chair where I was sitting and came and stood beside me and crossed her arms and began to chant over me (I’m not making this up-lol) and the Holy Ghost said, “MOVE, get up and go NOW!” I left out into the foyer so fast I left my keys, bible & kids. GOD immediately sent a youth usher in front of me and I asked her to tap my children and gather my things, I haven’t been back since. Two of the “sistas” who knows what I have been experiencing these past couple of months keep calling me saying, “You don’t let the devil run you out the church-if I ran from the church every time I wouldn’t b in church 16 yrs”. My response to her was, “You may have been in church 16 yrs, but have you been in JESUS for 16 yrs??? I’m in JESUS and JESUS is in me, that’s the difference, that’s why my spirit does not, cannot & will not tolerate MESS! The “first lady”, her sister, other family members, other demonic women, men and leadership have been in church and not in JESUS cause if they were they wouldn’t operate in hatred, witchcraft and evil as their father the devil, and it shouldn’t be a fight for me every Sunday in the so-called house of the LORD”. So I’m w/ you mt, I’ve ran out of churches here to-lol.

I don’t understand, the churches have schools, that the members children cant afford to attend. the same members that tithed and gave offerings for the facilities to be built.
what about the members children, who will minister to the children in public schools. what about the children that live in foster care. what about the elderly in the nursing home. are any of these facilities owned by the church.
I dont see why the Lord would have that much money spent on a plane for someone to go else where to help, when there are so many needs right within the local churches. How about each member adopt a foster kid, or an elderly person.
How about each man become a big brother to a fatherless boy. That will save the church money. why does it have to go to the preachers. each of us can do something.
this same pastor came to a church that I attended. At the end there was no alter call. Then all the leadership and their wives went to the back of the church where they were served dinner and we were sent home with our families.
The pastor who was under Leroy Thompsons ministry is now retired in his early 50′s living in a million dollar home. His son is now pastoring and they are having talent shows to draw the youth. Everybody I knew has left that church. They are now having services in a school building.
another pastor wrote a check for 100,000 dollars for his daughters college tuition and bragged about it to the congregation.
why should I tithe money I could use for my childrens tuition to these pastors who are set for life, along with their children.
The school my children attend, the muslims are taking over. YES, a public school, they are being harassed for not converting. they have prayer in the high school hallways everyday at 1:00 pm. Everyone is converting. I just pulled my son out. They followed him into the bathroom and put the quaran in his face. Who will protect these children. then when our sons get angry we want to beat them, they say we care more about church than them, what about their needs. WHO WILL S HELP THESE YOUNG BOYS. God is not impressed with these large decorated church facilities, He could care less, he,s not impressed with the nice suits and dresses. then they use, the Lord wants excellence. who’s really getting dirty.

As I read your comment I almost cried as I remembered the strong displeasure that came over me while reading this article and your comment concerning your son. That hurt me. How can this be happening in a public school and they not stop it though thy love to stop the Bible and Christians from talking in school? They can use the Quran in school but we can’t use the Bible? The body of Christ is really acting ignorant right now and non-discerning. But some of these things require ears and eyes with no need for discernment because it’s so blatant. Yesterday I watched Carlton Pearson’s ABC nightline episode again on youtube and listened to him really try to put everyone in heaven, throw away the Bible (while claiming to take it seriously), and say that demons are in your head because you created it. The devil/demons come in different forms. he is not always foaming at the mouth like some lunatic. He sometimes come as an angel of light or Bishop Pearson.
As for your last statement….pastors and people alike will always try to silence the G. Craiges and the people of God in general. God WILL speak against his people. It’s all throughout the Bible where he used other people and sometimes just did it himself. But if these same pastors read the Bible they would know that.
Many of these things show what happens when you’re not converted in heart. These preachers are speaking foolishness and being sold out to the world because they were never converted and sold out to Jesus.
Jesus said to Peter in Luke 22:31-32: “And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.” When thou art converted? So though Peter had been sent with the other disciples two by two, professed Jesus as the Christ-the son of God, cast out demons, lived with him, slept beside him, walked with him, talked with him, ate with him, etc., he still wasn’t thoroughly converted?

Why not just FEED and CLOTHE these people like Jesus commanded instead of teaching them to covet money and the things of this world that they can’t even have? These people just want to EAT. I would love to see a prosperity preacher ask 8500 people to find one family/person, school, or organization in need to sow 1000 dollars too. Or how about preaching and teaching the GOSPEL of JESUS CHRIST and making disciples so that the members can go around the world and preach the Gospel themselves. Then he wouldn’t have to worry about needing a jet to tell ppl how to get rich.
Also, I wonder if the people who help to pay for this “ministry jet” will have access to it if they need it? I mean, the folks who are a part of his “ministry” should be able to use the “ministry jet” it too right? I use to be apart of a church that had a “ministry jet”. But they stayed using it to fly around for vacation and other stuff. This is so sad.

Apparently, Leroy Thompson doesn’t even believe in his own teachings…….how can you teach on debt cancellation and go out and get a 8.5 million dollar loan and expect someone else to pay for it?!? He talks about sending the pledgers a confession to to say 3 times a day……..if confession works why doesn’t he just say the confession 3 times a day and see if God pays off that 8 million dollar loan!!
When God is involved in blessing it will benefit the whole Body of Christ in some way; we give into a Ministry because we are also receiving from that Ministry, whether it is a word from The Lord for deliverance or to help build the Kingdom of God where you can see the change in others; all the pledgers are going see from Leroy Thompson is him and his wife disappearing in the clouds in his new jet that the pledgers paid for!!

This guy came to Baltimore and my husband and I saw him. It’s amazing how brainwashed people can be. The whole sermon made me sick. At the end everyone shouts “money cometh to me now!”. People were literally throwing money at his feet.

I have THE BEST money cometh story. A lady I used to work with told me how she YELLED screamed it at the most inappropriate place ( i.e infront of the bank) for a SUPERNATURAL increase ( boo you can play the lotto and have better probability than this foolishness)…So I started praying to help this lady get a Job ( she was unemployed at the time).
Well the Lord answered me ( and the manager fo the local banks in front of which she would stand) prayers. She got a job….and NOw MONEY COMES in the form of a paycheck that she gets for her dilligent stewardship every 2 weeks.
It’s so asinine how ppl forget logic. the LORD works miracles and is Awesome and mighty, but there are many things on this earth that if you just make sound decisions you won’t feel compelled to yell foolishness outside of BANKS!!!! Go to school work hard, get a job pay bills , don’t spend urself into debt and be availible for the TRUE work of CHrist instead of always worrying about money. ANd then beleive him to help you become a good steward so you WONT have to live in extreme lack constantly!

7000.00 to fly 1000 miles. pilot fee and license fees. Every year, you must pay 250,000 to have the plane disassembled and reassembled for inspection. I have always enjoyed Leroy Thompson and his message. I like the plane and believe everyone should have one. If a person does not believe they should give, they shouldn’t. But in my opinion, if you have a problem with Pastor Thompson or his message, you should ask him directly. He would be more than happy to speak with you about it. If the Lord doesn’t lead you to give, don’t. But remember to speak evil of no man: Titus 3:2

I will pray for your eyes to be open in regards to the prosperity gospel. It is not of God!!! The reason I will pray for you is because I was once in your shoes defending prosperity preachers many years back. Unless God opens your eyes to what is going on, you will forever be lost to “another gospel”. It took me a long time to come out of this mess. I was so scared cause all I heard was if you leave here, you will walk under a curse cause you are leaving your covering. Well, to this day, I am closing to be debt free (not because of prosperity, but wisdom), giving more than the so called “tithe”, and able to help more people than I was able to before. Also, I no longer deal with pre-hypertension and other health ailments (and it is not because of the health and wealth gospel). I now know the liberties that are in Christ thu wisdom, understanding, and a good Bible teaching church.
I would advise that you read Matthew 7 and get on the “narrow” path. The “broad” prosperity path is only going to lead to destruction…..

Charles, I encourage you to learn the character of God; get to KNOW Him; becuz when you do you would know that in the present state of the church He could give a good whistle whether Dr. Leroy has a new jet especially when he already has one that he never said anything was wrong with it. Secondly; prosperity comes with obedience; holiness and having at least the genuine fear of God and not sinner this is for Gods ppl and if anything thats what God would be telling folks and I know that cuz I know HIM.You see to know is to have an intimate relationship with; ex.(becuz I know my husband noone could tell me He has said or done certain things becuz I know His character; the good and the bad)When you truly get to know God you will know HIS character and what HE”S feeling in this season and it certainly not how christian folks can give there way into a harvest with not a mention of how there living.Wake up; wash your face and put your glasses on; you dont have anymore time to be asleep unless you are willing to be left behind

This man is preaching another different gospel and as such it is not the gospel of the Word of God. He is a false prophet. God did not give him that gibberish to spout out. Lastly, you are taking the Titus text out of context. Read it in its entirety including the verses before it and after it and the reason the letter was written and hopefully you will know that such a verse does cover or condone the foolishness of this reprobate.

Ahhhhhh it urks me to no end, and you have no idea what I know and what I’ve seen because i’ve been around these guys since I was a kid. Regarding prosperity, there are certain things you don’t do or ask your sheep and partners to do. If you truly believe in what you’re teaching you’ll ask God for it in the privacy of your prayer closet where no one else will hear it because when you do it publicly it’s not God but more the power of influence and suggestion. I really want to do a video with pastor Lewis on this mess.

The old testament reminds us that god has given us power to get wealth the new testament says give and it shall be given unto you, it say,s men shall give into your bossom. The honorable Bishop Norman Wagner says that we cannot speak a harvest into the atmosphere,because the law has already been establish. So when we give do we actually wait on the harvest to come ? I know it sounds like a dumb question sometimes as believers we are not educated in the area of finances, people get caught up in amway other multi marketing plans and for those who are reading please do take the amway comment wrong it is not ment to be mean spirited it is the more time you spend away from church it gives the enemy area,a to attack. On a personal note you and pastor lewis should do a dvd together on finances so the saints can be informed on how to receive a harvest

The only thing Pastor Lewis is gonna tell you about finances is: WORK. It’s just that simple. People equate money as a means of being or getting blessed. When you should simply work to GET MONEY. The hypocrite scribes and pharisees payed tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the more weightier (important) matters of the law, which is judgement, mercy and faith. Jesus told them they ought to have done this, and NOT to leave the other undone. We as believers need to be more concerned with prospering spiritually, more than financially.

I don’t want to ask silly questions, but if I don’t give tithes (10%) of earned money will I go to hell? I’ve heard ministers on youtube teach against Creflo Dollar, T. D. Jakes, etc. They also teach that tithing is no longer necessary. I don’t work right now, but I’m in school and I give to people that I know are in need and free will offerings if I go to a fellowship. This is my last question: If a drug dealer gives tithes, will he be blessed? I heard a preacher say the drug dealer would because God’s word cannot lie and he quoted Malachi 3:10. If anyone can help me with this please do. Thank you.

You absolutely will not to go hell for not paying tithes. This is a very touchy subject for a lot of christians, so I will touch on it just a little. Ask yourself, does it make sense for unbeleivers to receive the same spiritual benefits as a believer just because they pay tithes. Meaning, they can live any ole kind of lifestyle, yet get blessed by God because they are giving up 10%? Sounds foolish, doesn’t it. Plus, most people pay tithes because they are expecting more money back to them. The whole motive is wrong. I also recently found out that folks will claim the tithe on their taxes, therefore they get that money back. Hmmm, they are Never really paying tithes if they are getting it back at the end of the year. Don’t you think? Of course they will use Malachi 3:10, they have to use something to keep them tithes coming in. Otherwise, it will end most of these ministers lavish lifestyles. Give as it is purposed in your heart. Not grudgingly or out of necessity. I wonder why people don’t go to Leviticus 27 verses 30 thru 34? Especially verse 34. Be blessed!

i dont think there are any silly questions, i dont believe we will go to hell for not tithing, but i do feel like if we dont we are cursed with a curse like in Malachi, and i do think when we pay tithes, (sowing seed on good soil) not just anywhere, we wil be blessed, but even if God didnt give us anything for tithing, i think we still are supposed to pay them for what he has already done, not to get something from him, especially not like these false prophets are teaching. but if he said to pay them, then we should, to keep him first. there are times, when i didnt know how i was going to pay a bill, or rent, and i paid my tithes anyway, and i would call to pay bill later on, to be told that bill was cleared up, when i paid my tithes, God got me a place to live in spite of my credit, it was horrible, but when the lady checked my credit report, she said my credit was better than hers, and also, about being cursed, when he said he would rebuke the devourer, God has kept peoples cars from breaking down, kept things from breaking in their homes, so that includes outgoing money also. if you dont pay them to God, you will pay that money somewhere anyway, so its better to pay it to him. i know its hard, because ive been there. but if your not working, you cant give something you dont have, but if you get 20.00 from somewhere, and you give 2.00 of it, God will bless that. as far as the drug dealer, why would God even want money that someone sinned and destroyed other ppls lives to get. he does not want that, he dont need it, its his money anyway, and at any point he can take it back, thats cursed money, and i would not go to a church where i know the preacher is accepting drug money, i mean we dont know where anyones money came from, however, im talking about the ones like that rapper dmx giving his money to a church to keep it from closing or something, but dmx is demonic, but the preacher didnt care, about dmx soul or nothing else, but about that money, now i would not go there, and dmx is not blessed, he is cursed no matter how many churches he gives money to, and are you sure creflo teaches tithes are no longer neccessary because he always tells people they should give, but its to pay for his lifestyle, not based on Gods word

I forgot about the tax exemption thing too, but thanks for reminding me:) My sister and I talked about that before because we were thinking it was ridiculous too. People do that at the “church” we LEFT. Sometimes I find myself giving more than 10% of the money I do have. I just believe the Spirit leads me to do that at times. I love to give and share, but I just want to be in God’s order. Again, this is really helpful and I receive it with thanksgiving.

He has cheapened all the scriptures that he referenced to mean money…….but it makes me think of Matthew 6:22 when Jesus said, “The light of the body is the eye; if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light (23) But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!”
He is unable to see anything spiritual when he is searching for scriptures for his foolishness because he’s full of darkness; therefore every time he reads any scripture that has the word rich, abundant, prosper, blessing, he will always lean to the natural because his eye is full of darkness and the light that is in him is darkness.

Wow. First, when has God ever given any of us a gift that we have to pay for with money? Secondly, I don’t think I can purpose in my heart to pay for somebody else’s jet debt, that he took on without consulting me. Clearly he didn’t ask the members of his congregation what they might think about helping him pay for that thing before he bought it. Why didn’t he purpose in his heart to make do with the jet he had, since he claims it was paid for, and with that one to be grateful? You have got to be kidding me with this here. If I didn’t understand exactly what it meant before to take the Lord’s name in vain, I sure get it now.
Paul said in Acts 20:34 – “Yes you yourselves know that these hands have provided for my necessities and for those who were with me.” Now I’m not a biblical scholar, but it looks to me like Paul had a job or found some type of work to provide not only what he needed, but for the needs of those who ministered with him. He worked it out. (Please correct me if I’m wrong)
Perhaps the members of the church ought to invite Dr. Thompson to employ his hands in a more meaningful way than just holding them out to them to pay for this “need”. Maybe he ought to just literally work that out.
About six months ago, a friend pointed me in the direction of EX Ministries starting with The Truth Behind Hip Hop (pt. 3). Since then my eyes have been opened and I just about can’t stand what I see. It’s been a painful awakening but I’m grateful for it. Keep it coming!

I never kept up with any of these “fleecers of the flock” (shepherds that fleece the flock instead of feeding the flock 1 Peter 5:2); didn’t buy any of their false teachings, books of deception or went to any of their conferences of conspiracy; as a matter of fact I’m learning more about them from the saints on this site; but I remember years ago seeing this guy on television…….is this one of Cashflo Dollar’s boys?
I could hardly get through this article because my heart was getting heavy thinking about all the lost sheep that are following him; they are so used to grazing on grass that has long since died that they don’t have a mind of their own. The first thing that would come to my mind is, if God told you that He only wanted a certain amount put down because of the current state of the economy, why would God ask me to send in my mortgage, rent, car, food, babies need shoes money, once a month towards a jet??? (you don’t need to even back that question up with scripture!)
And to use Matthew 13 to refer to sowing money is absolutely false! The seed that Jesus is speaking of in this passage is a SPIRITUAL SEED WHICH IS THE WORD OF GOD! “But he that received the seed into good ground is he that HEARETH THE WORD, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and some bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty.”
