Well I might as well get this one on out the way. It’s official, Master Prophet Bishop Elijah Bernard Jordan is the black Harry Potter. Even 12 day old roadkill on the busiest highway can see this man is a sorcerer. Jordan embodies new age Mysticism, Hinduism, Gnosticism, Pantheism and every other ‘ism’ to deceive folks and has been doing so for the past 30 years. 
Jordan penned a best selling book in 2007 “The Laws of Thinking: 20 Secrets to Using the Divine Power of Your Mind to Manifest Prosperity. In Chapter One “The Law of Becoming” Jordan explains Exodus 3:13-14.. God’s response to Moses, ‘ I am , who I am’ by saying the two words ‘I am’ are the totality of true nature and we are to declare the ‘I am’ ourselves..When you declare ‘I am’ you become God. Jordan also states on page 208 that money is equal to God. But then on page 142, he says, “You must close the Bible and be the Truth of God. Only then will God work through you.” This is just awful
but yet he’s on the word network, TBN all your christian networks preaching with Benny (Hindu) and Manusesu, Paula White, etc..
“On page 51 Jordan recognizes the chakras as a part of the “Hindu faith,” and attempts to combine the seven chakras with vain word to associate Hinduism with Christianity:…learn to perceive and control your chakras; they are like seven churches within you, each holding a different aspect of the Mystery of God.
- “I go to yoga classes to improve my flexibility and my health. Now, ignorant or fearful people will say that when I go to yoga, I am worshiping the Hindu deities. That’s wrong. That is not discernment. God is in everything in wholeness..Don’t mistake Christianity for God. They are not the same! God is all in all, and yoga is not a rejection of Him,” said Jordan.

This guy was very popular in Christendom in the 1980′s. What happened? I knew something was wrong when he started offering a personal prophecy for a price ($300 or so) in recent years. Now his true colors came out. This is so sad and scary!

Oh yeah, I remember this dude…. One morning in particular when my husband and I flew back here to the States from Japan, on emergency leave back in 2006, I was just flipping through the channels wanting to see the latest TV preachers and I ran across him on BET. I looked at it for a couple of minutes and the Holy Spirit clearly spoke to me “FALSE PROPHET”. I know now that it was the Holy Spirit that spoke that to me, but at that particular time I was just really growing in God and didn’t recognize His voice right away. I admit that I did fall for his “prophecies” and sowed into his ministry for a short time but the whole time it was just something in my spirit that did not sit right about this guy. So I went to a sister in Christ about this and she said the exact same thing – and at that point I knew that it really was the Holy Spirit that dealt with me about this and I thank God that He did not allow me to stay in the dark about E. Bernard Jordan. From that point on, my level of discernment regarding these TV ministers and other prominent figures increased exponentially, and there are a lot of people that I quit listening to afterwards. And of course I made it an absolute priority to listen (and HEED) to the Holy Spirit’s leading in my life!

The first time I heard Bernard Jordan he was a guest speaker at Rock Church in Virginia Beach, VA back. It was 1989 or early 1990′s.
Fast forward 15 yrs or so and I saw him again on WORD network. He looked very different – his hair was long – dreadlocks. Not only did he look different, but he sounded different.
Selling prophetic words for $$ (of course he would never call it selling. It’s “sowing” into the prophetic).
OK – back to my first encounter. Prophecy was new to me. It was almost “mystical”, since I had not been exposed to this growing up in a denominational church.
I remember being impressed with his “gift”. And since the pastors of the church brought him in, I never questioned what he said. Having someone in the pulpit to me was an “endorsement”. (of course I’ve learned better now. No one has a corner on the truth or revelation. I don’t “eat” everything that is set before me). After the service, I bought 2 of his books, however I only skimmed through them and placed them on the bookshelf for a “later read”.
One book was on mentorship and the other I just found in my bookcase “Prophets of God’s Kingdom”. I think this book has a new title – “Power of Prophecy”.
I just read some things in that book and it caused me to be very thankful that Holy Spirit kept me from reading this stuff as a new believer …. even so ….I did drink some other Koolaid along the way.

I knew this guy was a wolf the first time i saw him. Folks always hollering about God gave them the gift of discernment to let them know which one of their sisters or bro are phony. But cant use it on these fake bishops. Their is such a lack of SPIRITUAL discernment in the body of Christ.

I am surprised that we are even talking about this guy. Call me narrow minded but when I first saw him on tv years ago with his dreadlocks flowing down his back, I immediately felt that he was a compromiser of the gospel and then I heard what he was preaching and saw his antics and KNEW he was dealing in OBEAH (sorcery).
I keep imagining that this is what Simon the sorcerer would have been doing in/to the body of Christ had Paul not rebuked and cast that spirit of sorcery out of him.
As for Benny Hinn touting his son as a true prophet-the apple won’t fall far from the tree-like father like son.This says a lot about Hinn though.
When I look at some of the people that these so called ‘true prophets’ associate with and promote as men of God (cue Todd Bently and his circus of prophetic ‘advisors’ that were meant to be ‘generals’ in the kingdom of God), it just deepens my resolve not to no longer associate with prophetic ministries as I feel that they are anything but prophets.

Why is it that I am beginning to wonder if there is a connection to the title of this book and some of the excerpts posted, to what I have heard before, coming from out of the mouths of some of the very popular preachers on television teachings? (Joel Olsteen, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, Paula Whie, The ” money cometh “man ,I don’t even remember his name as so on, I am not trying to be funny but can anyone tell me if this is possible? Who is copying who? You see the only current revelation that I beleive God may be speaking to his true Prophets is crying out like “John the Baptist did, and Elijah did, and so on, calling for repentance, not for “secrets to prosperity”, please people are dying and going to hell.

Its not about the word of faith movement, b/c we make a confession of faith even in regards to our salvation. You cant fight the devil in your mind you gotta open your Mouth and confess the word of God. Basically Men and Women have to get back to the basics be Holy, Become students of the word THEMSELVES, develop a Personal Relationship with God through Pray and stay in tuned with the Holy Spirit, deal with sin get delivered and stay clean, Seek 1st the Kingdom of God. Keep your heart in check David got off but repented b/c he was a man after God’s own heart, Saul and Solomon and others failed b/c their hearts, love and affection were after other things not GOD. So if a person is doing what they are supposed to the Spirit of Truth, our teacher the Holy Spirit will announce to us that someone is off. BTW you shouldn’t blindly follow your beloved pastor too close, they may get off. Our focus should be the kingdom of God and being a fisher of men anyway. The first time I heard this man’s name, I was watching one of the TBHH videos. It was a short mention, but it stuck. Some time later, a lady I know sent out an email saying that his son would be in town at a church she attends. She was inviting people to come and said that this young man was a prophet. I had forgotten all about Pastor’s Lewis mention of Bernard Jordan, but sirens and alarms started going off. I checked out his website and was more than disturbed. I called her and told her that I didn’t feel right about going and that she should check out the man’s site. She defended Mannaseh by saying that the pastor of the church and his staff had prayed for him (Mannaseh) because of what he had been through in past (I have no idea what that meant). She also said something about him looking “different”. Something about the way he wore his clothes and his hair, “Now he does look a little different, but…” But!!? But?! But, did you see the website? She still went.
This dude is disgusting! I’ve been to India and ain’t NOTHING peaceful about people walking around half dead because of the spirits that reside in them. There’s nothing peaceful about children being sold into slavery and having acid splashed in their faces by their pimps because they’re not bringing in enough money. There’s nothing beautiful about decorated but emaciated cows wondering the streets because they’re considered “gods”. And this is what Jordan is feeding people? And they’re eating it up. HAVE MERCY GOD!! Wake folks up!

I use to see him on TV when I had cable. I was looking for answers in my life so, I decided to call him. He had a recording on asking people to leave their name and birthday. I thought, “isn’t that astrology when people ask you to leave your birthday. It’s like asking for your sign. Now it sounds like he’s preaching some sort of new age stuff.

I was at a friends house maybe a couple months back, and he showed me Jordan’s book, “The laws of thinking” and then an interview he gave on youtube. I knew then that something just didn’t sit right in my spirit about this dude.
This is the first I’ve ever heard of this man and his son. Both of them are crazy. There is no scripture to back up there beliefs. This man says God is equal to money. The bible says “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.”-Matthew 6:24 As you can see, in order to know the truth of God, you must keep the bible OPEN NOT CLOSED.

Bernards son Mannaseh?Let me say it is possible for a biracial couple to have various children that look either race.I know everyone is going to believe what they want but I have alot on this Bishop .I find it really strange that Wikipedia dosn’t have a Bishop E. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. satan made eve believed there was a better way and a better life, so eve ate the fruit (seed) and gave it to adam and he ate. Genesis 3:15 says And I will put enmity between you (satan) and the woman, and between your (satan) seed and her Seed (Jesus) He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel. Theres nothing wrong with pastoral anniversaries as long as God gets all the glory….not the pastor.
Good question Darren I know a few pastors who don’t want them because they say it’s not about them. I don’t think God has a problem with celebrations. Birthdays Holidays etc. But there are so many different programs and church functions God has nothing to do with.

1John 4:1 Beloved believe not every spirit , but try the spirits whether they are of God, because MANY false prophets are gone out into the world .
If we read and believe the Word of God we should not be surprised . The problem today is in church if we really followed the scripture it tells us that we should examine ourselves to see if we are of the faith . The faith and doctrine that I believe , is it really of Jesus Christ ? This is what we should be asking ourselves ! Are am I just following some other teachings that these pastors and so called prophets are teaching ? The Bible clearly warns us of false teachers and prophets .
In church most just goes with what the pastor is teaching and preaching . Acts 17: 12 they searched the scriptures Daily to see if what Paul was preaching was accurate with scripture.
This is a personal thing ! Meaning if you have had a born again experience from Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit , why would you just accept everyone’s teaching and preaching ? Those that have been born of God are truth seekers and all that matters to them is what does God say about it ? There are truly many false teachers and prophets , even on TV ! I had never heard of this Jordan person before Ex Ministries exposed him. Heretic foolishness!! He speaks lies from the pit and has a certain unsettling body language. My concern is about those “Christian” TV stations that carry all this nonsense, because it looks as if they will put anybody on. Awhile back, while trying to choose the best cable package, I wanted the one carrying the most church channels. I went with the company that carries at least 10 or more. Now I’m wondering, what was the point? Go figure…….I’m just wasting money! Thank God I can watch my truth teaching ministries on line. Thank you EX ministries for keeping us informed.

to be honest they are nonsense like everything else in church today. the only purpose is to get money. i am commenting on this because i had to leave a church because they had a 4 hour appreciation for my ex pastors wife who has great job, got new house and new cadillac, while everybody else is struggling in the church. they and had taken 5 offerings that day between her and sunday school. at end of night after last guest pastor preached, my former pastor called everybody on one side of church out because nobody got up to give the preacher an offering, he yelled at us, told one lady to shut up and as the mand of gawd he was over our souls and we would find our way to applebees (im sure he was referring to me) that night, and rah rah rah, so being that i dont operate under the spirit of manipulation and witch craft, i didnt give a dime, and never returned. again. its control which is witchcraft, the pastor is not God, and its not his job to tell anyone what they should give, his job is to preach the word of God. as a matter of fact its none of his business, and he would not know because everybody doesnt fill out an envelope, our tithe record is stored in heaven where it cannot be lost or destroyed by catastrophe or anything else

I new this man was fake the first time I saw him on TV. My grandfather was a hindu and he practiced yoga. He tried to get me to practice yoga with him, I refused because I knew it was not of God. Wow! This is so sad to watch. From the very first time I laid eyes on him on TV back in 1996 I knew he wasn’t of God. A pyshic calling himself a prophet. I see he’s gotten worst over the years. Now a master prophet! What is that? This is so sad.
I remember this man (Jordan) came to my church in FL back in the late ’80s. He did not pick up one bible the entire time that he spoke and prophe – lied. I knew then that there was something wrong with his teaching and that church as well. Thank God I had a firm foundation of the Word in me from my home church so that I didn’t fall into the trap of the enemy. The other day I flipped on the channel (the Word Network) and he was quoting something out of a book he wrote. In the book, he referenced a scripture taken from the book of Genesis. However, when they showed the graphic of the scripture on TV, they showed it as “Gen Isis” – not “Genesis”.
I “tried” to give him the benefit of the doubt (that this could have been a typo) – but something in my spirit wouldn’t allow me. Now, after reading your post it now proves the point that that was deliberate…..
The people of God really need to start paying attention to what’s going on……

He use to attend a church here in Georgia as a prophet. Well, the main bishop of that church, died in a hotel room with cocaine by his side. (he died of a massive heart attack) These two men worked side by side with duping the so-called people of God. Online from the Sunday service(s) He says the most abused office is the “prophet”, and that the enemy has raised up false prophets, operating in divination, prophesying a new car, house, money, etc..and the #1 thing you need to be praying for is the gift of discernment.
NO KIDDING!!!! However, he goes on, garnering their trust. Prays for people and minsters to them calling out their name & situation.
Then he gives testimonies about how people have obeyed his word when he told them to give him thousands of dollars(as this # was given to him by God) – they ended up with millions.
Of course, he ask everyone in the service give a certain $$ amount.
Listening to what he says in the begininng then faaaast forward to the end of the service and it is clearly Schizophrenic teaching.
If they had any discernment they would have got up and run out of that building.

I’ve been aware of this man for quite sometime now,as a matter of fact,so of his family members attend the church that I pastor.He desires to be a master manipulator.Many of our so-called pastors,ministers so forth and so on get caught up in that mindset to move ahead of all others,including God to be this special man/woman of God that can automatically make things happen.Paul in the 1st verse of chapter 3,asked the Galations who hath bewitched them,that they obey not the truth of God.The deceived as well as the deceiver has their part in the lake of fire.
