Yoga is worship to all deities and summons the power of them all together. Any yoga master will tell you that. All you have to do is research it. Sure christians want to do it, just like they want to club, listen to sinful music, etc. but please research it. You will find that the very positions are symbols to indian goddesses and you are invoking spiritual powers that are not of God. You can exercise, stretch, etc. without ever using a yoga master or yoga guides. Yoga is the quickest way to summon a demon spirit into your life. Avoid it! I saw a 1hr+ video on youtube about yoga and how it came to America from India as well as the beetles involvement in promoting the new age occult after visiting india. This thing is deeper than most people think. I tell my co-workers that it is a form of hindu worship and I will never be a part of it because many of them practice yoga and talks about how the stretch which I do not care about.

I watched Arthur this morning and they had a short portion of the episode featuring the character doing yoga above. Blatantly she had hanging in her room an ankh and a pyramid hanging from her ceiling.
On this same episode, they interviewed the author/illustrator of the Arthur series and he explained how he cleverly disguised his children names in his books…which seems very innocent. But in the animated cartoons he is plugging in satanic symbols, which we know the brain will cleverly pick up…smh.
I knew Sesame Street (homosexuality) was promoting homosexuality, but now Arthur (witchcraft) and The Cat in the Hat (homosexuality – the cat sounds like a homosexual) cartoons are making me pause and now I will have to take the time to look at these cartoons closely. I thought PBS was the safer of all the channels we watch (Disney Jr., Nick Jr. And Sprout) but now I don’t think any of these channels are any safer than the other.
It is probably just safer to cut down out TV time significantly.

I agree…I noticed that the female character in the picture has been used to promote witchcraft. This is the enemy’s way of desensitizing our babies while they are young. I actually noticed quite a few PBS children shows promote the enemies agenda: Sesame Street (homosexuality, witchcraft), Arthur (witchcraft/magic), The Cat in the Hat (homosexuality)…that is from my observation. I have a 5 year old, a 3 year old and a newborn. Since I’ve been home on maternity leave I have watched these shows with my children and plan on cutting down our TV time significantly.

Thank you for sharing this information. A few years ago when my daughter was in 2nd Grade, we were spending time talking about her day; as she was helping me “prepare” our dinner for that night; and she shared that they had learned Yoga in PE Class! She went on to show me what the teacher was demonstrating in class. I was shocked, but took the time to explain in an age appropriate way, why we don’t do that. That, she could stretch in class without doing any yoga positions. Just the other day, my 10 year old daughter brought home lyrics to a song that she had been asked to sing along with 2 other girls at school talent show. The lyrics included something about” I sold my soul to the well…I saw you in those ripped jeans, its hot; here’s my number, so call me baby.” Of course, I told her she will not be speaking no such things nor performing to it. The music teacher actually tried to bully and guilt my daughter into disobeying me by telling her she was letting the other two 10 year olds down! Both of these experiences happened at a public school.

I usually like watching anything on PBS especially educational shows nova,nature, or masterpiece theater and of course I do pick up the evolution themes. I also noticed lately that especially with the popular masterpiece theater show downtown Abby I noticed in one episode the characters were using a Ouija board and I also noticed in several episodes there’s encouragement of Fornication adultery and also homosexuality. At the beginning of the video the show “Hopping with Hoprah” is really Oprah Winfrey (todays new age guru) Notice she holding up the 666 symbol. How about the “Dark Bunny Show” or better known as the “Dark Knight” (Colorado Theatre shooting). Next scene shows a “seeer” who is blind using a crystal ball, Notice the eye of horus between the bunny’s ears. Then in the next scene titled “Three is a crowd” introduction to yoga, santanic summoning, mixed in with witchcraft and magic spell play. Notice the mom holding the 666 symbol at the 5 min mark. Next you can clearly see the eye of horus on the headboard of the bed. Now lets top it off with a little ritual worship of “guru wanda” with repetitive chanting. Black and white masonic floor also. This is seriously EVIL and DEMONIC!

Be watchful with some of these TV commercials with hidden demonic suggestions in them as well. I was watching an IAMS dog food commercial that to me represented bestiality. I went online to see if there was any information on this and I found that it was. Here is a quote from one of the few spectators who discerned this:
“Now this next ad was similarly annoying. I emailed the company and asked them if they had to suggest bestiality to sell their product. It was an IAMS dog food commercial in which a woman army officer comes home, is in uniform, is greeted by her great dane. They play and tussle. First, great dane and woman are standing together. Great dane is as tall as woman is. Second, great dane and woman are on the ground playing together. The next scene, the woman is lying on her back with her legs spread, the great dane lying full body head to toe over her body, their crotches together. I wonder, is there no monitoring of television anymore?”
The producers of the commercial are fully aware that the woman in military uniform and the dog are in a sexual position. Any YOUNG person could pick up that suggestion! Many of you have seen this very commercial. Did you pick it up? Where you able to discern the demonic bestiality influence?

A lot of commercials are not a break from the corruptive programming, but rather a continuation of it. If you see something and it doesn’t’ quite seem right…question it. Then share with your brothers and sisters in Christ so they will be aware.

The description she said about her “experience” was like what I’ve heard happens in Kundalani experiences in Yoga, an uncontrolled taking over of the body. If you can, please post this article, people need to know that what she said isn’t biblical and is not how the Holy Spirit works. Although it should be cleaned up, she is scantily clad.

Ive done zumba a few times and I have never done any sort of chanting or saying anything that would impart ungodly spirits. Where it may come into question is that some of the dances are sensual and therefore may be uncomfortable to christians, especially Christian singles.

Zumba was started by a fitness instructor from South America, and it’s high energy, using mostly music with Latin rhythms (salsa, merengue, samba, etc.) and dances, but also incorporating music from other cultures. There is a lot of hip movement because that’s part of the Latin culture.

I believe I saw this episode some time ago. Nothing the world does that is a distraction and playing on the ignorance of some not all, surprises me. I watched the rise of the guardians with my two boys and I told them these are fables and God said don’t believe in this mess. Everytime we watch something on T.V. my husband and I continually point things out to teach our kids what is good and what is bad according to the Word of God. And even for children that have been walking with the Lord for some time, we have to believe the God is stronger than enemy we face and begin to ask God to lead us and them into all truth. I am saying this because the world can make sin and disobedience look good and following after God duel and boring but I know for myself it is just the opposite. We are in it but not of it……Be encouraged and keep praying for sinners and saints alike. Love u all

What’s important as far as this whole yoga craze is that we as God fearing Christians are able to distinguish and discern between getting a good relaxing stretch workout, or laying there in a dream state, unknowingly invoking Hindu spirits. (I too am waiting for the DVD’s to arrive; not just for the yoga piece, but to gain more insight on some of the other topics as well.)
If I may mention, correct breathing is VERY important when you’re exercising . Please hear me: we don’t want to get too paranoid over whether we should be sitting down on a mat, rug, concrete, whatever, or whether it’s wrong to listen to soft music or have headphones in our ears while we’re exercising, or if we happen to bend our leg out too far a certain way, we start to feel guilty and repenting. Let’s not get crazy.
Basically, what I’m saying is, pray for wisdom when approaching this area. Know the difference. For those of us who are over 50 and trying to ‘firm’ things up, know that stretching the right inner muscles may take precision and sometimes a strong Motrin:-))

There is so much going on in this video: first Hoprah throws up the three fingers and the circle at :13 ( representative of the anti-Christ). Next, yoga is portrayed as innocent and is never questioned because the mothers introduces it the the children. Also, yoga is portrayed as being “kiddie” but we know this is a lie because in the girl’s dream they chant “guru”. Lastly, aardvarks crawl on all fours and do not walk upright–so we are being marketed “kiddie nephilim” for our children. We must speak up as Christians and protect our homes from this foolishness. Not surprised…I was watching the news here in NC 2 weeks ago and they had a segment about “Kid’s Yoga”. The news called Yoga a “sport” and actually interviewed some of the children. These kids couldn’t have been no more than 6-8 years old. The kids were saying stuff like they enjoyed Yoda because “it helps them clear their mind to things they may be going through at home”. What 6 year old talks like that? They showed the kids and the Yoga teacher actually doing Yoga and the teacher were getting them to say “See light in you”…it was sad and it made me angry at the same time. We need to watch and pray over our kids everytime they leave the house.

I normally let my grand-daughters watch that show until I heard them chanting on that show. I got up and turned changed the channel. There aren’t too many shows tht’s suppose to be designed for even preschoolers to watch. They have hidden demonic messages. On the surface it appears to be innocent, but when the Holy Spirit leads you to discern, you’ll see the things on these shows are evil. Anything disney is witchcraft.

I was at the grocery store a year ago and while in the check out line I saw the Archie comics. I was shocked when I saw a cover with grown up Archie and Jughead at a gay wedding between a black and white guy. Times have changed and not for the better. After that I paid attention to cartoons on television and virtually all of them attempt to indoctrinate kids into some anti-Christian. Its sad but parents must be more cautious when it comes to what is on television.

I’m thankful for receiving teaching and wisdom concerning yoga. Up until about a year ago, I did bikram yoga about 1-3 times a week off and on for about 7 years. My premise behind doing it was the fact that particular style is done in a heated room where the temperature could be as high as 107 degrees which enables folks to get deeper into the poses because the body is warmed up hence making your joints more flexible. At the elevated temps it also helped with any injuries one may have in their joints, so I welcomed it strictly for those reasons, particularly the injury improvement aspect since at the time I was a long distance runner. HOWEVER, I must say that all along I questioned some of the terms, phrases that the instructors would say during the course of the 90 minute class, such as “third eye”, “namaste” and “clear your mind”. It never really set right with me in my spirit and now I know why! As soon as I fully understood that not only yoga (regardless of the style) is demonic and why it’s demonic, I stopped going to bikram yoga classes and I cancelled my account to the studio where I used to attend class. So a big THANK YOU again to EX Ministries for educating me in this area. The more I think about this, it makes me wonder how many christians are doing yoga on a regular basis without knowing how damaging it is to them spiritually! I definitely will be sharing this with anyone I know who claims to be saved and uses yoga as a form of exercise.

i remember in the late 70s as a kid being introduce to yoga. the baptist church in my neighborhood was offering free classes. at this particular church, they had a lot of masons and eastern stars as members. thank God for ex times and ex ministries because they have answered a lot of unanswered questions that i had. and guess what, at the same time i was exposed as a child to yoga, i was attending a holiness church and these type of things were not discussed. again i say, thank God for ex ministries and ex times.

Arthur’s had an agenda for a long time. My son is now 17, when he was about 6 my husband and I pulled the plug on Arthur because the characters were doing t’ai chi in in the park on an episode as Arthur ran by them. Real slick, but not for those of us who are informed. Praise the Lord. They are becoming more bold. My daughter was watching sid the science kid one day, then all of a sudden they started talking about using yoga to calm yourself, I was shocked, I turned that channel so fast. . I stopped my daughter from watching tv we just buy veggie tales, and learning videos and most days I dont let her watch tv at all. Satan is using tv to decieve people of all ages. We as.christians have to have disernment so we can protect our babies from this evil and teach them these kinda cartoons are not good to watch.

yeah cartoons are getting more and more demonic, I went to the library one time and got a looney tunes dvd series cause I used to watch bugs and them when I was a kid so I figured I would get it for my son and on one of the episodes daffy duck is a clerk at an hotel and a guy comes in and asks for a room and daffy kept saying I got a room for ya room 666 and he takes the guy to room 666. And I know that wasnt an accident that was on purpose, I took that dvd back to the library quickly.

I remember when I was first started college, one of the requirements during the summer was to take yoga. At the time, I just got saved and was unaware of yoga but I felt weird about it. I didn’t want to do it, but I was told it was a requirement for me to receive money for school. I noticed towards the end of every yoga session, the yoga teacher told the students to lay on our backs with our palms faced up and we were told to “empty our minds”. I KID you not, when i closed my eyes, I felt something weird in the room covering all the students. All of a sudden as I was on the floor laying with my eyes closed, I saw myself walking around looking around at the other students on the floor. The other students were knocked out. When the yoga teacher rang her bell, all of the students woke up. When I woke up, I did not feel refreshed. I felt more tired like I’ve been on journey. I knew something was wrong. Ever since my experience with taking yoga, I’ve warned other youth and parents about taking yoga. Its not an exercise. It’s demonic. I present them factsIf any student ever falls in my position and feels that are FORCED to take yoga, they can just state that it is against their beliefs in Christ. I encourage folks to do their research…

Yoga was not the only thing Arthur was sharing… did you not see the “crystal ball.” Yoga is dangerous. I had a very bad experience with it before I knew better. Did you see the all-seeing eye over the child’s bed?

Thanks for letting me know! I noticed the crystal ball in the video as well. Sid the Science kid is also introducing Yoga; I noticed that last week. We must really keep our eyes on what the kids are watching. Even Veggie Tales… I don’t like how some of the movies introduce the kids to rock n roll and wordliness. Some of the Veggie Tales also add and take away from scripture.
We really must WATCH and pray. Thanks again, because my kids watch Arthur quite a bit. It is a shame these people are working to deceive young kids! Well, Satan is the prince of the air; the media belongs to Him…

Yes, Craige Lewis DOES talk about Yoga in TTBHH6 (Detained For Entry.) This is when I first heard that yoga was demonic. I never got into it anyways, because it was too complicated and required too many moves I couldn’t perform.

Yes, unfortunately that whole family (the one doing yoga) is demonic sadly.
I am a huge fan of cartoons and looking back, I am seeing alot of hidden demonic things in most of them.
